INTRODUCTION

Managing people effectively is a key skill for all those with managerial responsibility to attain. It is also essential to learn how to motivate and get the best out of your team. This introductory workshop is designed for those new to the supervisory role as well as more experienced lawyers who spend an increasing proportion of their time in a managerial role.
